Beverage Vendor Terms & Conditions


1. Woofa-Roo Pet Fest ® (herein called the “Management” or  “Woofa-Roo”) is to hold Woofa-Roo Shaggy Chic Social 2017, taking place at the Libro Sports Complex in Amherstburg, Ontario on Saturday April 1, 2017 from 5:00 pm to midnight.


2. Priority may be given to Vendor applications according to the order of their receipt. 


3. In the event that (i) the location in which the Show is to be held or is being held is destroyed or becomes unavailable for occupancy or (ii) Woofa-Roo is unable to permit the Vendor to occupy the facility or the space, or (iii) if the Show is cancelled or curtailed, for any reasons whether within the discretion of Management or beyond the control of Management, including but not limited to, casualty, explosion, fire, Acts of God, riots or civil disturbances, strike, lockout or boycott, Woofa-Roo will not be responsible for any losses or damages of whatever nature that the Vendor may suffer. 


4. Vendors shall observe and abide by additional reasonable regulations made by the Management from time to time for the efficient or safe operation of the Show. Vendors assume all liabilities and/or obligations caused by faulty or improper displays. Vendor accepts full responsibility for its equipment and the actions of its employees


6. Subletting of space by the Vendor, sharing of space or other use of the space not specifically authorized by the Management is prohibited. 


7. Full payment for the requested space in the Show is due at the time of application.


8. Management will provide
electricity, pipe and drape backdrop for a 10x20 booth and 2 - 8' tables. Please provide your own table coverings and extension cords. Management will also provide sufficient trash receptacles. If you would prefer a smaller booth please let us know.


9. Management Insurance does not cover your loss or damage - please ensure you carry your own insurance. Neither the Management, The City of Amherstburg, nor any of their officers, agents, employees or other representatives, shall be held accountable or liable for, and the same are hereby released from accountability or liability for any damage, loss, harm or injury to the person or any property of any person exhibiting at or attending the Show, or the Exhibitor or any of its officers, agents, employees, or other representatives, or invitees, resulting from theft, fire, water, accident, actions or omissions of Woofa-Roo or its representatives, or other causes. Please provide your own insurance.


10. No signs or advertising devices shall be displayed outside Vendor booth space other than those furnished by the Management. Displays blocking the unobstructed view from Exhibitor space to other Exhibitor spaces are prohibited. No displays or signs may be affixed to building walls or posts. Any signs or displays erected by Vendors shall be of a professional nature. Management reserves the right to refuse inappropriate or unprofessional signs and displays. Vendor shall provide signage to identify your booth and products.


11. Vendors agree to staff their booths during all hours that the Show is in progress which are 5:00 pm to midnight April 1, 2917. Food & beverage sales stop at 11:30 pm.


12. Vendor agrees to setup their booths between the hours of 10:00 am to 4:30 pm on April 1, 2017. Vendor agrees to have location set up prior to 5:00 pm. Vendor is responsible for providing own equipment and staffing for loading and unloading supplies.


13. Vendor shall be self sufficient in providing recepticals for safe delivery and sale of your product (plastic cups, plates, cutlery, napkins etc.) Glass is not permitted for the distribution of your products.


14. Vendor employees must be in uniform throughout the event.


15. Vendors are allowed to sell branded items including mugs, apparel, etc. as long as these items are included in your registration form.


16. The use of “barkers“, “pitchmen” is prohibited. Vendors which include music or any noise making machines, must be conducted or arranged so that the sound resulting from the demonstration will not annoy or disturb adjacent Exhibitors and their patrons, or cause the aisles to be blocked. Without limiting any other authority of Management herein, management reserves the right to require any such sound or noises to be reduced or turned off, in the sole discretion of Management.


17. Vendors bear the full responsibility for cleaning the assigned space at the end of the Show, and shall at all times during the Show keep their display area in a clean and professional condition. Garbage generated by the Vendor is the responsibility of the Vendor and shall be disposed of in a timely fashion. The space designated to the Vendor shall be left by the Vendor in a clean, broom-swept condition at the end of the Show.


18. Vendors are responsible to submit any associated sales tax for the sale of their products.


19. To ensure a successful event for our vendors, Management will not charge a commission / handling fee unless attendance reaches 500 and more. However, Woofa~Roo will charge a 4% handling fee and pay $2.40 for every $2.50 beverage ticket if attendance is more than 500.
