Thank You To Our 2022

Special Sponsors

To maintain a level playing field for our paying vendors, if you wish to sell merchandise for the benefit of your Organization, you must pay a Vendor's Fee. Registered charities can attend Woofa~Roo free of charge and may conduct fund raising events at your booth including offering items for a donation. We can only accept a limited number of applicants. Only one booth representing your charity is allowed.

All new charities / rescues must to be registered with the Province of Ontario as a charity. Please enter your charity registration number in our application below. Your presence at the festival is mandatory to benefit from fundraising efforts.

Charities or Rescues may benefit from the Silent Auction and we encourage you to take advantage of this fantastic fund raising opportunity by contributing items to this very popular event. You will receive 100% of the proceeds from items you contribute. Profits from items that were donated without a named beneficiary will be divided among the rescues and charities who actively participate in the Silent Auction. The distribution of profits will be pro rated according to your level of participation.

Charities or rescues that are not a registered charity may attend Woofa~Roo as a vendor.

Donations or contests at your booth are

open to all participants.

Changes to our Non Profits / Charities / Rescues

We are delighted to offer charities, non profits and rescues an opportunity to present their cause, raise awareness, and secure adoptions, volunteers or supplies.

If you are looking to secure an indoor booth, there is a nominal fee of $50 for a 10' x 10' booth or $100 for a 10' x 20' booth. Our outdoor booths are complimentary.

While we understand that many incredible non profits are NOT registered with the Province of Ontario - we still prefer proof of such. However, if you are not registered but prove to us that you've been productive over the last 2 years with future plans to stay relevant, you may be part of our ranks as a charity, rescue or non profit. You may participate in our Silent Auction and conduct fund raisers at our festival.

However - as a courtesy to our paying vendors - you cannot compete with vendors who have paid a vendor's fee to attend Woofa~Roo. All items that are offered at your booth must not be for sale, but for a donation.

Please do not hesitate to email us with any questions. Fees for indoor booths can be sent by cheque or e-transfer.
